Department Emergency Response Plan


The following are the emergency response templates for Departmental Emergency Coordinators. All the files on this page are in a PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat to open them.

  • Open each file, the Departmental Emergency Coordinators should save the PDF files to their computers.

  • Once saved, the Departmental Emergency Coordinators should customize the plan by filling in department specific information.

  • The PDF document is designed so that all one has to do is click on the grey boxes to enter specific information.

  • Once the information is entered the document can be saved and printed.

  • The customized plan should be reviewed with department staff members and made available, via Departmental Emergency Response Plan notebooks, in the event of an emergency.
